Scooby shows his true talent and coordination in this somewhat embarrassing outtake video, its three days later and I STILL hurt pretty bad. Please do not try this at home. The S61XL videos are long enough without adding outtakes so I am doing this separately. I am out of disk storage and cant edit the S61XL shoulder and chest workouts I have filmed till I get a new 2TB disk drive next week.
